Privacy Policy
How Next Staffing Group collects, uses, and protects your information — written to match how this website actually works, not from a generic template.
Last updated: June 2026
Introduction
Next Staffing Group (“NSG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you visit nextstaffinggroup.com or get in touch with us, how we use it, who we share it with, and the choices you have. It is written to reflect how this site genuinely operates — a static website with a single contact form — rather than describing data practices we don’t actually have.
By using this website or contacting us, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or submit information through it.
Information we collect
We collect personal information only when you choose to give it to us — primarily through our contact form or by emailing or calling us directly. This may include:
- Your name;
- Your email address;
- Your company or organization name;
- The role or service you’re interested in;
- The contents of any message you send us.
We ask only for what we need to respond to your inquiry and discuss how we might help. You are never required to provide information beyond what a form field requests, and you can always reach us by phone or email instead.
Automatically collected information
This website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Like virtually all web hosts, Cloudflare automatically processes limited technical data when your browser requests a page — such as your IP address, browser type, and the pages requested — for the purposes of serving the site, maintaining security, and preventing abuse. This data is handled by Cloudflare as part of providing the hosting and security service. We do not use it to build advertising profiles, and we do not combine it with the information you submit through the contact form.
How we use your information
We use the information you provide to:
- Respond to your inquiry and communicate with you about your needs;
- Discuss and arrange staffing services, including scoping roles and scheduling a call;
- Send you information you have specifically requested;
- Maintain records of our communications with you;
- Operate, secure, and improve the website.
We do not use your contact-form information for unrelated marketing, and we do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
How the contact form works
When you submit our contact form, the message is protected by Cloudflare Turnstile — a privacy-friendly tool that confirms you are a real person rather than an automated bot, without the tracking puzzles or hidden cookies of traditional CAPTCHAs. Your submission is then delivered to our team by email so we can respond. We do not store contact-form submissions in a separate marketing database or third-party CRM as a result of you filling out the form.
Sharing of information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only in these limited circumstances:
- Service providers who help us operate the site and communicate with you — for example, our hosting and security provider (Cloudflare) and our email provider — and only to the extent needed to provide those services.
- Within our team, so the right person at NSG can respond to and help with your inquiry.
- When required by law, such as in response to a valid legal request, or to protect our rights, safety, or property.
Data security
We take reasonable measures to protect the information you share with us. The site is served over encrypted HTTPS, carries strict security headers, and the contact form is gated against automated abuse. Internally, access to inquiries is limited to the people who need it. No method of transmission or storage is ever completely secure, so while we work to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security — please avoid sending sensitive personal or financial details through the contact form.
Data retention
We keep the information you send us only for as long as it is needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of our communications, after which we delete or archive it in line with normal business practice. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see “Your rights” below).
Your rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including the right to access the information we hold about you, to ask us to correct or delete it, and to object to or restrict certain uses. To exercise any of these rights, simply contact us using the details at the end of this policy and we will respond promptly. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any privacy right.
Cookies & tracking technologies
This website does not use advertising cookies, cross-site trackers, or third-party analytics that follow you around the web. We do not set cookies to build a profile of you. If we introduce website analytics in the future, we will use only a privacy-respecting, cookieless tool that measures aggregate traffic without identifying individual visitors, and we will update this policy to say so. The Turnstile tool used by the contact form is for bot protection, not tracking.
Third-party links
Our site may link to third-party websites — for example, our LinkedIn page or external resources. We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of those sites. When you follow a link away from our website, we encourage you to read the privacy policy of any site you visit.
Children’s privacy
This website and our services are intended for businesses and professionals, not for children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in how the site works or in legal requirements. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Significant changes will be made clear. Your continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
