Terms of Service
The terms that govern your use of this website. Please read them carefully — using the site means you accept them.
Last updated: June 2026
1. Acceptance of terms
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website at nextstaffinggroup.com (the “Site”), operated by Next Staffing Group (“NSG,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By accessing or using the Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
2. Description of the website and services
NSG places vetted offshore and nearshore professionals — including virtual assistants, bookkeepers, developers, marketers, analysts, and other roles — from the Philippines and Latin America with US-based businesses. The Site describes these services, the roles and industries we support, and how an engagement works. The Site itself is an informational and marketing resource; it is not the means by which staffing services are contracted or delivered.
3. The Site is informational; engagements are governed by a separate agreement
Nothing on this Site constitutes an offer, a contract for services, a guarantee of placement, or a binding commitment of any kind. Any staffing engagement between you and NSG is governed exclusively by a separate written agreement signed by both parties. That agreement — not this Site — sets out the specific scope, fees, timelines, guarantees, and obligations of the engagement. Where anything on this Site differs from your signed agreement, the signed agreement controls.
4. Informational-only and no-guarantee disclaimer
The content on this Site is provided for general informational purposes only and on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While we work to keep it accurate and current, we make no warranties or representations — express or implied — about the completeness, accuracy, reliability, or suitability of any information on the Site. Figures such as cost savings, timelines, and comparisons are illustrative estimates to help you understand how our model works; they are not promises, quotes, or guarantees of any particular result. Your actual outcomes depend on factors specific to your situation and will be addressed in your signed agreement. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
5. Intellectual property
All content on this Site — including text, design, graphics, logos, the Next Staffing Group name and brand, and the arrangement of all of it — is owned by or licensed to NSG and is protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own informational purposes and to evaluate our services. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Site for commercial purposes without our prior written permission.
6. Acceptable use
You agree to use the Site lawfully and responsibly. You will not:
- Use the Site in any way that violates applicable law or regulation;
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, its systems, or related infrastructure;
- Introduce malware, attempt to disrupt the Site, or interfere with other users’ access;
- Scrape, harvest, or collect information from the Site by automated means without consent;
- Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through the contact form;
- Use the Site to harass, abuse, or harm another person or party.
7. Submissions through the Site
When you submit information through our contact form, you confirm that the information is accurate and that you have the right to share it. We handle that information as described in our Privacy Policy. Do not submit confidential or sensitive personal or financial information through the form.
8. Third-party links
The Site may contain links to third-party websites or resources that we do not control. We provide these links for convenience only and are not responsible for the content, products, services, or practices of any third-party site. Accessing a third-party site is at your own risk and subject to that site’s own terms and policies.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, NSG and its owners, officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or related to your use of — or inability to use — the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. Liabilities arising under a signed staffing engagement are governed by that agreement, not by these Terms.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NSG and its owners, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the Site or your breach of these Terms.
11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. You agree that any dispute relating to the Site or these Terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Georgia, USA. Disputes arising under a signed staffing engagement are governed by the terms of that agreement.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms. We encourage you to review this page periodically.
